Orok Francis Effiong(born 27 may 1997) better known as Rocky Baba is a Nigerian Singer / Songwriter. He hails from Akpabuyo L.G Area of Cross RiverState, Calabar, Nigeria. He discovered his musical talent few years Ago(2017) as a chorister, playing drums in the church, then he does his musical rehearsals with his brother “WIREBOY” using “Zinc’s and rubbers” to make beats then sing along, He got inspired by his model (WIZKID). He recorded his first evergreen song “Chinko” with the Nigerian prolific producer “TeddyBanty” in 2018 and others numerous hit songs. He was Signed to “Madt Nation Crew” in 2019 were he release his Top notch joint “Blessings” featuring Nigerian Luminary Singer/blogger “Utfresh”.( Early 2019). He later peacefully renounce the crew due to some certain unlawful act observed. He became a self reliance artist becoming a CEO of his musical team “Cali Boy record” alongside her manager “Blessing Ogbor” . He made good record tracks with Some top Nigerian Superstars like TeddyBanty, Xbass, Davidest, Texzy, Kely02, Jonnykage etc, and he got featured by many Artists as well. Rocky Baba was admitted into the university of calabar in (2019) to study” Social Studies” as his field of study but Due to Corona virus Breakout in 2020 he resumes his academic pursuits in 2021, He is still pushing his music career endlessly till he was found worthy By the CEO of (KING and QUEEN RADIO STATION BROOKLYN, NEW YORK,USA) BOSS LADY ZINA PALIN and He signed and sealed a deal.
